These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website, located at https://develuppers.com ("Site"), and our subscription-based services, including tools for real estate pro-forma analysis, cash flow management, and collaborative planning (collectively, "Services").

By accessing or using our Site or Services, or by clicking "I Accept," you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

Subscription Fees

Access to our Services requires an active subscription, which is subject to a recurring subscription fee. The details of the subscription tiers and associated fees are available on our pricing page.

1. Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and charged to the payment method you provide at the time of subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Trial Period

• We may offer a limited trial period for new users to evaluate our Services.
• You must provide valid payment details when signing up for the trial. The trial will automatically transition into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

3. No Refunds After Trial

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged the subscription fee for the selected plan. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees once the trial period has ended, including partial months of service or periods of inactivity.

4. Fee Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the fee adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@develuppers.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Termination and Cancellation

1. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support@develuppers.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused periods.

2. Termination by Develuppers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you violate this Agreement.

3. Content Retention

Upon termination, your data may remain accessible for up to 30 days, after which it will be deleted from our systems.

No Refund Policy

By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable once the trial period has ended. This includes situations where:

• You fail to cancel before the trial period ends.
• You cancel your subscription before the end of a billing cycle.
• You stop using the Services but do not cancel your subscription.
